Yoga



As an RYT 200, I believe yoga is an effective way to practice and experience our mind, body and spirit connection.

My classes focus on the use of breath, self-awareness and acceptance to bring students into the present moment experience. I aim to guide people into a place where they feel at ease, grounded and strong within their bodies. Together we move our energy and bring ourselves into the feeling of wholeness and peace. My hope is to inspire my students to carry these feelings and their practice with them off their mats and into the rest of their lives.

As student of Indira Kate Kamblach, I am trained in multidimensional vinyasa flow and yin yoga, as well as pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Studio Yoga Classes

You can find me at The Nest Yoga + Fitness Studio in Harrisonburg, VA!

Tuesdays: 8 AM Warm Flow, 10:30 AM Yin

Wednesdays: 6:30 AM Rise and Shine Yoga,

Thursdays: 6 PM Yin

Drop-in rate is $15 ($12 for students), and packages are also available!

 

One-On-One Yoga

Are you new to yoga or hesitant to practice in a group setting? Or maybe you’ve tried it before and felt it wasn’t for you… I believe yoga can benefit every body, and would love to work with you one-on-one to focus on the basics of yoga and help you find your own way into a practice that works well for you. Flexibility and experience are NOT required! 🙂

Starting at $45 for a 45 minute session

 

Private Group Classes

Are you interested in clearing out your living room and inviting some of your friends over for a night of yoga, meditation or relaxation? Or maybe you’re organizing a bachelorette and love the idea of a private yoga class. Whatever the case may be, I’d love to come to your space and lead you all through a Vinyasa or Yin practice, or combination of the two! Meditation, Pranayama (breath) work and guided relaxations are also available!
